KOVOSYS is the brand; ImpactTech is the legal operator

KOVOSYS is the name of the browser application for inquiry preparation, laser cutting cost estimation and sheet layout preparation. Its legal operator is ImpactTech s.r.o., company identification number (IČO) 23281421, VAT identification number (DIČ) CZ23281421. The registered address is Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady, 101 00 Praha 10. The original register entry is Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 423485. In English, that identifies the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 423485. The operator is a confirmed VAT payer. Distinguishing brand and company matters when discussing access or the party to future service terms.

The registered address is company identification information. It is not presented as a customer office, consultation venue or establishment with published opening hours. Arrange any other form of meeting by email first. This page does not invent team members, a telephone line or guaranteed support hours. Company existence and registration do not establish expert review of every technical article, application certification or completion of every commercial and operational condition.

Mention KOVOSYS explicitly in your inquiry. The same operator may handle other activities, so naming the service helps establish context. Operator identification does not replace service terms, privacy information or rules for confidential drawings. Those issues need separate assessment before commercial use. A clear legal identity is an important starting point, not evidence that every requested service or support arrangement is already agreed.

Where the company and contact details come from

Company identification can be checked in the public ARES system using IČO 23281421. The email address comes from ImpactTech's official contact page. Direct source links appear in the contact block. The relationship between the company and KOVOSYS was confirmed in the operator's brief; a public register alone does not establish ownership of every brand or software product. We therefore do not describe registration as an independent product recommendation.

If a document or message apparently from the operator contains conflicting information, verify it through the official contact. Be particularly cautious about unexpected payment instruction changes, requests for a password or links to another domain. A logo is not sufficient evidence of authenticity. Fraudulent messages can copy public company data and the application name. Basic identification is one control point, not automatic assurance that every incoming message is genuine.

For a correction to public information, identify the page, disputed detail and verifiable source. Personal identity documents and customer order information are unnecessary for a first request. If the issue concerns your own company's settings in the application, say so explicitly. This prevents confusion between the public operator contact page and a particular customer workspace or account record.

Describe your workflow when asking about suitability

For a commercial inquiry, describe how work actually arrives, which types of 2D parts you handle and where uncertainty occurs. An explanation that estimators retype quantities from email and need to trace the quoted revision is more useful than a general wish to digitise. State whether you quote individual blanks, sets of parts or subsequent operations. Delivery scope influences suitability more than employee count alone.

Include the expected user roles and requirements essential to a decision. If you need multiple-sheet allocation, remnant inventory, accounting integration or direct machine control, name those needs immediately. This website does not sell them as a completed package. The operator can then clarify current boundaries rather than allowing both sides to assume different capabilities. Avoid customer names, confidential rates and drawings when unnecessary for initial assessment.

A concise description and list of non-negotiable conditions are enough to start. Prepare a sample job only after agreeing a safe sharing scope. Custom work or delivery dates require explicit agreement; they cannot be inferred from a public topic guide. Fictional references and guaranteed percentage savings are not substitutes for assessing whether the current workflow meets your actual needs.

Questions about pricing, trials and activation

The public company plan price is CZK 499 monthly excluding VAT. At the Czech 21% rate, VAT is CZK 104.79 and the total CZK 603.79. The 14-day trial needs no payment card and starts after email verification. Registration alone does not automatically charge money. Software access is not the price of a blank, sheet or manufacturing job, which depends on your evidence and rates. The pricing page explains these distinctions.

For activation questions, state whether registration has just begun, you are waiting for verification mail or you already have access and need a company entitlement clarified. Working verification delivery is required for new-account activation. Live paid operation additionally depends on operational, legal and payment readiness, including tax configuration. Confirmed VAT-payer status does not prove that every payment-system setting is complete or that live purchasing is available.

For a payment issue, describe the attempted operation and the non-sensitive message shown by the interface. Do not send a card number, security code, banking credentials or a complete payment export. Returning successfully from a payment page does not alone prove an active subscription. Request specific confirmation if you need contractual certainty about price, availability or scope rather than relying on an assumption from marketing text.

Get account help without giving away a password

Distinguish new-account registration, email verification, a forgotten password and access to a particular company. Provide the account address only as necessary and explain the last step that worked. Copy an ordinary error message or provide a cropped screenshot without sensitive information. A problem after switching companies may concern permissions rather than the password. Trying more passwords may not address the real issue.

Never email a password, recovery link, one-time verification code or session contents. Those can grant account access and belong only in the appropriate secure form. If someone requests them as a support requirement, verify the request through the official contact without providing the secrets. Do not publicly share a screenshot whose address bar contains a token. Treat copied browser network traffic with the same caution.

An access change may require verification of the requester's authority. Knowing a company name is not enough to justify releasing its information. Do not request customer drawings at another address as a quick workaround for a broken account. Agree a safe identification and recovery process appropriate to the case rather than bypassing controls through a colleague's shared password. The private interface, including authentication forms, currently remains Czech.

Make a DXF or costing question reproducible

Say whether the problem is import failure, part count, dimensions, length or price. Include an expected value and the evidence behind that expectation. A difference from an old quotation may reflect quantity, while a difference from a CAM report may reflect path or pierce definitions. A useful question separates these possibilities. Simply saying the calculation is wrong does not identify geometry, units, rates or delivery scope as the issue.

Before sending a drawing, establish permission to share it and consider a simplified anonymised example. State the export program, revision, confirmed units and one check dimension. Explicitly mention splines or open outlines. Current spline processing is not a metrological guarantee of exact curve length. Do not expect every file to be repairable, or send a complete customer assembly when one authorised part demonstrates the issue.

For pricing, separate cutting, material and preparation. Give the units of the disputed parameter, not just its number. Safe illustrative rates may replace internal values if the underlying problem remains reproducible. Check attachments for customer identifiers and pricing information before sharing. The DXF and costing guides can help formulate the question but do not constitute individual professional approval of a product or manufacturing method.

Identify Google, Microsoft or IMAP/SMTP connection issues

State the provider and chosen connection route. Google login to the application is not consent to read Gmail. Microsoft access may be restricted by an organisation administrator; IMAP or SMTP may depend on provider policy and an application password. Explain whether failure occurred before consent, during return to the application, while fetching messages or during the sending test. These situations need different checks.

Do not send mailbox passwords, OAuth tokens, client secrets or configuration exports containing credentials. Usually the attempt time, connection type and sanitised message are sufficient initially. For your own mail infrastructure, describe public technical conditions rather than unnecessary internal network details. Current IMAP/SMTP connection requires supported security and public IPv4; it is not access to any private company network. Mail policy changes belong with your administrator.

For a missing attachment, provide expected count and actual outcome. Use a safe controlled example instead of forwarding an entire commercial thread when possible. Two files with the same name can differ, so do not describe the problem only through unique filenames. For an older message, identify its original mailbox: a newly connected source may not permit correct recovery of earlier files.

Explain which production preparation check stopped the job

For blocked approval, state whether the quotation was accepted, the user's role and the failed control point. Distinguish a missing company rule, invalid placement and a changed source revision. Material and thickness need explicit technology rules; a historical default gap is not configuration. If all copies do not fit one permitted sheet, do not ask for the completeness check to be removed merely to confirm the status.

An anonymised list of dimensions, quantities, permitted formats, gaps, margins and rotations often explains a spatial problem. Original confidential geometry may be unnecessary for an envelope-only issue. Conversely, dimensions alone cannot establish a revision error: two drawings can have the same size and different holes. Explain what was approved and what changed later so historical snapshot evidence can be separated from current requirements.

KOVOSYS does not take control of a CNC machine, and preparation exports are not G-code. Questions about safe machine settings or a physical laser fault require the company's proper technological or maintenance process. Sending a support email is not permission to continue with unclear production evidence. Authorised staff remain responsible for stopping safely and assessing the actual workplace situation.

Confidential drawings and security reports need restraint

Before sharing a live job, check authority and agreed processing, access and retention conditions. A drawing can disclose an unreleased product, engineering solution or commercial relationship. Removing a customer name may not anonymise it sufficiently. Prefer a synthetic or reduced example reproducing the issue without sensitive design content. The technical ability to attach a file to an email is not consent to process it under arbitrary conditions.

For a suspected security issue, use a subject such as KOVOSYS security and briefly describe the observed impact. Stop further attempts that might expose another company's information. Do not publish drawings or credentials. Give time, affected public path or feature and a safe description without active harmful content. Avoid bulk exports as proof. Agree how any sensitive details will be transferred through the verified contact first.

This contact page does not promise an audit, certification, continuous security service or response deadline. If you need contractual incident handling, processing terms, backups or deletion procedures, request them before adoption. Marketing text cannot replace approved operational commitments. Review your own company's users and permissions when staff change, and do not use shared passwords as an informal substitute for support or account management.

Write a first message that identifies the decision

A useful subject names the service and issue, for example KOVOSYS – DXF units or KOVOSYS – Microsoft mailbox consent. Start with the goal, describe what you actually did, then explain the difference between expectation and result. Include time, ordinary error text and whether it repeats. Browser and device information can help for interface issues, but a complete system dump is unnecessary when its contents are unknown.

For a commercial question, replace reproduction steps with the actual workflow and essential conditions. For access, separate the user account from the company. For price, distinguish subscription from manufacturing estimate. For a drawing, distinguish geometry from rates. These small distinctions make the question answerable without a first round of general clarification. They do not guarantee faster support; they establish what needs resolving and what is still unproven.

Send the inquiry to info@impacttech.cz and retain your copy. If circumstances change, update the same thread without repeatedly attaching all sensitive material. Sending an email does not approve production, order custom development or establish acceptance of your proposed terms. Use the separate DXF, mail, costing, nesting, preparation and pricing pages to clarify the service scope. Their role is to support a concrete decision, not replace an individual agreement.

Build the smallest safe example that still shows the issue

A safe example preserves the property causing the problem while removing unrelated commercial information. A new rectangle with a known dimension may demonstrate unit conversion. Two harmless drawings can demonstrate same-named attachments. A permission issue may need only role descriptions and expected access, not another company's documents. Not every defect survives simplification: changing a particular contour can make the original problem disappear, so state what was changed.

Reopen an attachment before sending and inspect layer names, embedded notes and metadata. In screenshots, check surrounding panels, customer names and open browser tabs as well as the central error. Redacting one location may leave the same information elsewhere. If permission is uncertain, ask the document owner or begin with a text description. A public contact address does not grant authority to forward someone else's engineering information.

After agreeing next steps, transfer only what the specific question requires. A complete company backup is not a universal first-contact attachment; it may contain unrelated customers, commercial rates and personal information. Wider diagnostics require clarity about who receives the data, on what terms and how it will be handled. Keep the inquiry focused on the smallest evidence that can support an explanation without creating unnecessary disclosure.
